Specullum Ltd delivers the Gravity Water Purifier to customers within Nigeria through our approved logistics and delivery partners. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of purchase and may vary depending on your location within Nigeria.

Specullum Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, civil unrest, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Specullum Ltd shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Specullum Ltd is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the Gravity Water Purifier. Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our product comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product's usage instructions.

• Your misuse of the Specullum Gravity Water Purifier or our Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Nigerian law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Council Act, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law, or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Nigerian law are not affected by these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and any other policies published by Specullum Ltd, constitute the entire agreement between you and Specullum Ltd with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Specullum Ltd shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
